Obidos & Nazare: A Medieval Gem by the Atlantic

Step back in time and feel the charm of Portugal’s coastal heartland on this unforgettable half-day escape. From the cobbled alleys of Obidos — one of the most romantic and well-preserved medieval villages in Europe — to the dramatic seaside cliffs of Nazare, famed for its record-breaking waves, this tour offers a taste of Portugal’s history, heritage, and natural beauty in perfect balance.

Stroll within castle walls, sip sweet cherry liqueur served in chocolate cups, and discover the legends of Our Lady of Nazaré as the Atlantic breeze carries the scent of salt and tradition. Perfect for families, couples, or cruise guests with limited time, this half-day experience brings together two of the country’s most photogenic and fascinating destinations — just a short drive from Lisbon.

Charming Streets & Coastal Legends

Begin with the postcard-perfect streets of Obidos, where whitewashed houses bloom with bougainvillea and every corner whispers stories of queens and knights. Then head north to Nazare, a fishing village turned world-famous surf haven, where faith, folklore, and towering waves collide.

With your private guide leading the way, enjoy a relaxed pace, flexible timing, and local insight throughout. Whether it’s your first trip or a return visit, this tour offers a slice of Portugal’s soul — authentic, scenic, and unforgettable.
