Itinerary

The Full-Day Private Tour to Gerês Natural Park from Porto, will show you some of the best sights in Gerês, for around 7h/8h duration. Although the itinerary can be adjusted during the day, this is the standard itinerary:

• 9AM Pickup from your hotel in Porto/Douro
• Start the tour and head to Gerês.
• Visit the Caniçada, the centre of Gerês, famous for the Barragem / Dam. Stop for visit and photos.
• Head to Vilar da Veiga, and Campo do Geres. Discover Vilarinho das Furnas, one of the most important dams of Portugal.
• Stop for lunch in the area
• If time allows, take the road near the border with Spain, passing by Los Banos.
• Admire the beauty of the multiple viewpoints, lakes and cascades.
• Finish the tour, returning to your hotel in Porto.
• 5PM – Drop-off at your hotel in Porto, and end of the tour.
