Itinerary

The Nazaré + Alcobaça + Mira D’Aire Caves Private Tour (Full-Day) will provide you a wonderful day in family, to visit the region north of Lisbon. We will visit the Caves/Grottos of Mire D’Aire, one of the most famous in Portugal, followed by a visit to Nazare Fisherman Village, and stop for lunch. The tour will finalize with a visit to Alcobaça Monastery (Unesco World Heritage). Although the itinerary can be adjusted during the day, this is the suggested itinerary:

• 8h00AM – Pick-up at your hotel in Lisbon, Sintra, or Cascais (flexible start time)
• Travel with A/C vehicle driving towards Mira D’Aire Cavesfrom Lisbon, about 80 miles north from Lisbon (1h20 drive)
• Visit to the caves (Mira D’Aire)
• Continue the tour to Nazare Fisherman Village, with stop for lunch
• 1h stop for lunch (free time)
• Visit Nazare, famous for the big waves (World Guiness Record)
• Continue the tour to Alcobaça (15min distance)
• Visit Alcobaça Monastery – Unesco World Heritage
• Return to your hotel, after the tour
