Itinerary

This full-day trip to Porto will take you to the second most important cities of Portugal: Starting from Lisbon early in the morning, we will drive for about 3h to reach Porto. We will visit some of the best highlights in the town, and return to Lisbon at the end of the day. Although the itinerary can be adjusted during the day, this is the standard/suggested itinerary:

• Departure from Lisbon Region by 8AM (Flexible)
• Arrive at Porto around 11AM
• Explore the Old town of Porto, starting with Serra do Pilar / funicular area.
• Admire the overlooking views over the Douro River from the top.
• Head to the center, and learn the history of Porto, once the Capital of Portugal.
• Visit the Cathedral and Sao Bento Train Station, famous for the old tiles.
• Head to the riverfront, and explore some of the old streets of the city.
• Proceed to Ribeira / Riverfront, and walk towards Dom Luis Bridge.
• Enjoy some time on your own, having lunch, and sample a port wine tasting at a local wine cellar.
• Prepare to leave Porto, heading back to Lisbon around 3PM.
• Finish the private tour around 6PM back in Lisbon

During the day we will pass by different attractions and stop for pictures.
