Suggested Itinerary

The Half-Day Private Tour of Sintra will show you some the highlights of Sintra, in one morning or afternoon visit. Sintra, former summer Royal Residence of the Portuguese Kings, famous for it’s old castles, historical mansions and royal palaces, named Unesco World Heritage since 1995. Please note that this itinerary recommends not visiting inside any attraction. If you wish to visit museums/palaces from the interior, please book the full-day option instead. Recommended itinerary:

• Departure available from your hotel at 8h0AM or 2PM
• Arrive at Sintra old village and stop for coffee and pastry (optional). Visit the old village, and the exterior from Sintra National Palace.
• Overlooking views towards the top of the hill, where the Moorish Castle can be seen from the exterior, from the village.
• Optional free time to explore the old medieval village of Sintra (only walking)
• Stop for Lunch nearby the village or at the coast of Sintra (1h – meal not included)
• Drive towards the west part of Sintra, and visit the Westernmost Point of Europe, Cabo da Roca, on the coast of Sintra.
• Return to your hotel in Lisbon, Sintra or Cascais, for drop-off.

(during the day we will pass by different attractions and stop for pictures at several viewpoints and sights in Sintra.
